Domaine d’Orfeuilles Vouvray Brut (sparkling)

A creamy, slightly off dry, organically-certified sparkling wine with hints of ripe apples and fresh, lively supporting acidity.
It was made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes harvested mainly in 2017 together with 15% from 2016 vintage. The wine spent 4 years on its lees during its Champagne-style second fermentation in bottle, which has given impressive depth of flavour and minerality. Deliciously refreshing and fantastic value!
