This blend of 35% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Meunier had 5% Pinot Noir added to the blend (in traditional Rosé Champagne style) to give it its pink, onion skin colour and firm underlying structure. With its gentle, pink, floral fruit on the nose and palate, fresh, youthful acidity and a long, biscuity finish, this is a very classy Rosé Champagne.
