This wine was 100% wild-fermented then matured for 9 months in 10% new French oak barrels to give complexity and seamless integration of buttery oak and white stone fruit flavours. The peach, honeydew and citrus characters pair perfectly with the crunchy fresh acidity, depth of fruit and elegant edge of this inviting and irresistible Chardonnay.
