Made in traditional “methode Champenoise” style from a blend of 53% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay and 7% Pinot Meunier, this classy sparkling wine was left for 36 months on its lees during its important second fermentation in bottle. This is a very impressive English sparkler with crisp, refreshing acidity, intense, ripe English apple fruit favours and a bready, biscuity complexity from its long ageing on its lees. Perfect with fish and chips, smoked salmon or a baked vacherin cheese with garlic and rosemary and crusty bread.
