This impressive Chardonnay has floral, spicy and mineral aromas of Williams pear, vineyard peach, flint, acacia and brioche. The flattering entry on the palate quickly gives way to juicy acidity and a salty, mineral structure. A long-lasting, fresh finish with green apple, acacia, white pepper, blossom honey and some cedar wood. Proof that the Bündner Herrschaft really can produce delicious Chardonnay!
Ein Chardonnay der Extraklasse. In der Nase florale, würzige und mineralische Noten von Williamsbirne, Rebbergpfirsich, euerstein, Akazie und Brioche. Der schmeichelnde Eintritt im
Gaumen weicht zügig einer saftigen Säure und einer salzigen, mineralischen Struktur. Ein langanhaltender, frischer Abgang mit grünem Apfel, Akazie, weissem Pfeffer, Blütenhonig und etwas Zedernholz.
