This is Primitivo as you rarely taste it – unspoilt by residual sugar, pure in fruit and fresh! Made 100% organically in the heart of this grape’s homeland – the Gioia Del Colle region of Puglia – with no added Sulphites and no fining or filtration in order to retain the maximum flavours of this wonderful grape and terroir. During its 6 months in Slavonian oak barrels the winemaker even plays music to this wine in order to optimise the microoxygenation process! Aromas and taste of berries and slightly of black sour cherry and plum with some spicy and balsamic notes. A perfect balance of smoothness, freshness and minerality. Aftertaste of toasted almond, typical of a natural authentic Primitivo of Gioia del Colle.
