Cyprès de Climens is the second wine from the great Barsac producer, Chateau Climens. This is 95% as good as its big brother, Chateau Climens, but at less than a third of the price. Golden, honeyed, rich, botrytised yet with wonderful freshness and balance; perfect Sauternes from an excellent vintage.
