Payment – first time customers
Once we receive your order we will send you an invoice and Einzahlungsschein (payment slip) as soon as possible. You can either fill this payment slip in and return it to your bank or pay us by internet banking to our bank account details above (and on our invoice).
As soon as we receive your cleared funds, we will send your order to you.
Please note; we do not accept payment by credit card for the time being.
Payment – second and ongoing orders
Once we receive your order we will arrange for delivery direct to your delivery address as soon as possible. As long as the wines are in stock we should be able to deliver within a maximum of 5 working days.
Please make sure you pay us within 30 days of our invoice date. Any delay will result in a late payment charge of 0.75% of the invoice value each month.
Please note that Real Wines retains the right to request payment before delivery where necessary.
