This sparkling rosé wine is consistently voted one of England’s best. It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, which are very gently crushed then fermented at a low temperature to maintain maximum fruit flavours and freshness. It then spends at least 12 months on its lees to develop complexity.
Made from the warm and sunny 2015 vintage in South West England, this salmon-coloured sparkler has lovely floral fruit with notes of strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant. Crisp, dry, quite intense, and beautifully balanced, it is the perfect apero.
